What if I need to cancel a session?

Life happens, and I totally understand.  I do request a 24 hour notice of cancellation for a session.  There is a $40 late cancellation fee, unless there is an emergency situation. 

Results will vary by person.  As we are all different and I don't provide a 1 size fits all type of program, everyone will see their own results in their own time. 

We will however, work together to set achievable goals for you. 

Coaching is for you if:
